Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to the RenderRoute website, API, playground, model routes, outputs, and any application or service that accesses them. Customers are responsible for their users, prompts, uploaded material, outputs, distribution, and downstream use.

2. Prohibited illegal and harmful use

You may not use the service to create, solicit, facilitate, distribute, or conceal content or conduct involving child sexual abuse material; sexualized minors or youthful-looking subjects; trafficking; non-consensual sexual content; sexual violence; incest; bestiality; necrophilia; terrorism; credible threats; instructions for serious wrongdoing; targeted harassment; doxxing; or other illegal exploitation.

3. Identity, consent, and deception

You may not generate explicit or sexual depictions of real or identifiable people, public figures, acquaintances, former partners, coworkers, or private individuals. You may not use the service for non-consensual impersonation, deceptive evidence, fraud, extortion, or a misleading claim that an artificial image records a real event.

4. Intellectual property and privacy

Do not submit or generate material that infringes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, confidentiality, contractual, database, or other rights. You must have a lawful basis and necessary permissions for any personal or proprietary data you provide.

5. Safety circumvention

You may not evade prompt controls, output moderation, rate limits, account restrictions, jurisdiction controls, provider policies, or technical safeguards. Splitting a prohibited request across prompts, encodings, languages, accounts, or providers is still prohibited.

6. Verified 18+ route

Adult mode is available only to separately reviewed organizations and keys in approved jurisdictions. It remains subject to all prohibitions above, mandatory age assurance, fictional-adult limitations at launch, output moderation, reporting, and takedown duties. An adult-enabled key is not permission to create any content involving a real person, age ambiguity, coercion, or illegal category.

7. Enforcement

We may block a request, quarantine an output, throttle or suspend a key, preserve relevant records, terminate access, notify providers, or report conduct when required by law or necessary to protect people and the service. We may use automated systems and human review.

8. Reporting

Report suspected illegal, non-consensual, minor-related, privacy-invasive, or otherwise harmful content to abuse@renderroute.ai. Include the request ID or asset URL and do not attach illegal material.
